Tropical Smoothie Popsicles w. Mango & Passion Fruit

Ingredients

  • 1 mango very ripe
  • 2 passion fruits
  • 150 g yoghurt or creme fraiche (preferable min 3% fat)
  • 2 dollops honey

Instructions

  • Peel the mango and cut of the flesh. Cut the passions fruits in half, and scrape out the seeds and juice. Add both and the remaining ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Pour the smoothie into popsicle molds, add a popsicle stick in each and freeze for 3-4 hours.
