Ingredients

saltine crackers
about 200 crackers

cup
canola or vegetable oil
1
packet (1 oz)
dry ranch dressing mix

tbsp
red pepper flakes
adjust to taste

tsp
garlic powder
1
tsp
onion powder
1/2
tsp
cayenne pepper

Instructions
In a large zip-lock bag, whisk together oil, ranch mix, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne.
Add all saltine crackers. Seal and gently flip/rotate to coat evenly.
Marinate at room temperature at least 4 hours, flipping every hour. Overnight is best.
No baking needed! Serve from bag or transfer to a bowl. Store airtight up to 2 weeks.
Notes
Overnight marinate gives best flavor. Start with 1 tbsp red pepper for mild, 3 tbsp for very hot. Great gifts in mason jars!
