Blue Cheese Dip

Ingredients

cup
mayonnaise
1/2
cup
sour cream
4
oz
blue cheese crumbles
divided
1
tbsp
fresh lemon juice
1
clove
garlic
minced
1
tsp
Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper
to taste
Instructions
Combine mayonnaise and sour cream in a bowl, mix until smooth.
Add half the blue cheese and mash slightly with a fork, leaving some chunks.
Add lemon juice, garlic, and Worcestershire. Stir to combine.
Season with salt and pepper. Fold in remaining blue cheese crumbles.
Refrigerate at least 30 minutes. Serve cold with wings, celery, carrots, or crackers.
Notes
Gets better overnight. Adjust blue cheese to taste. Keeps refrigerated 5 days.
