Blue Cheese Dip

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 4 oz blue cheese crumbles divided
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Combine mayonnaise and sour cream in a bowl, mix until smooth.
  • Add half the blue cheese and mash slightly with a fork, leaving some chunks.
  • Add lemon juice, garlic, and Worcestershire. Stir to combine.
  • Season with salt and pepper. Fold in remaining blue cheese crumbles.
  • Refrigerate at least 30 minutes. Serve cold with wings, celery, carrots, or crackers.

Notes

Gets better overnight. Adjust blue cheese to taste. Keeps refrigerated 5 days.
