Prepare and bake the white cake mix according to package directions in a 9x13 inch pan. Let cool for 10 minutes.
Use the handle of a wooden spoon to poke holes all over the cake, about 1 inch apart.
Dissolve the strawberry Jell-O in 1 cup boiling water. Dissolve the lime Jell-O in 1 cup boiling water. Let both cool for 5 minutes.
Carefully pour the strawberry Jell-O into alternating rows of holes. Pour the lime Jell-O into the remaining holes.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until the Jell-O is fully set.
Spread the Cool Whip evenly over the top of the cake. Decorate with holiday sprinkles. Keep refrigerated until serving.
