cream cheese
softened

sour cream

black beans
drained and rinsed

can
corn
drained

Rotel diced tomatoes
drained
1
packet
ranch seasoning mix
2
cups
shredded cheddar cheese
3
slices
cooked bacon
crumbled
2
green onions
sliced
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Mix softened cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch seasoning until smooth.
Fold in black beans, corn, Rotel tomatoes, and half the cheddar cheese.
Spread into an oven-safe dish and top with remaining cheddar and crumbled bacon.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
Top with sliced green onions and serve hot with tortilla chips.
Notes
This dip can be made ahead and refrigerated before baking. Add 5 minutes to bake time from cold.
