Add the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and avocado to a food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy with no lumps.
Add the fresh spinach, garlic, lime juice, and salt. Blend again until completely smooth and evenly green.
Transfer to a serving bowl and smooth the top with the back of a spoon.
Decorate with olive slices for eyes, a red pepper slice for the heart, a thin red pepper strip for the mouth, and a tortilla chip triangle for the nose.
Surround with crackers, tortilla chips, sliced vegetables, and serve immediately.
