Mccormick Meatloaf

Ingredients

For the Recipe

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon McCormick Onion Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon McCormick Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon McCormick Pure Ground Black Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup tomato ketchup

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, onion powder, garlic powder, pepper, and salt until well combined.
  • Shape the mixture into a loaf on a shallow baking pan. Glaze it with ketchup on top.
  • Bake the meatloaf for 55 to 65 minutes or until it's cooked through. Let it sit for 10 to 15 minutes before slicing. Enjoy!
