Preheat the oven to 350°F. Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth with an electric mixer.
Mix in the sour cream, shredded cheddar, diced ham, green chiles, and Worcestershire sauce until well combined.
Cut the top off the bread loaf and hollow out the center, reserving the bread pieces for dipping.
Pour the dip mixture into the bread bowl. Replace the top and wrap the entire loaf tightly in aluminum foil.
Bake for 60 minutes wrapped. Remove the foil and top, then bake for another 10 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
Serve warm with the reserved bread cubes, crackers, and chips for dipping.
